    Project: The UK Construction Week website, the biggest trade event for professionals working in every aspect of residential and commercial construction, planning and design.

    For this new event, they needed a whole new identity and a website to showcase their actual work, attract new professionals and get inscriptions and event partners.

  • The website is based on an 15 column grid, which brings order while still giving us freedom to present information in many ways. With layouts created across breakpoints, content can be adapted to every type of screen and to ensure optimum performance on as many browsers as possible. With this responsive design, I set out to create an experience that maintains a lot of the immersive interactions that are present on desktop.

  • I wanted to design a website that closely followed the brand guidelines, but at the same time belonged to a huge brand family (they are 9 events in one). I decided to combine UKCW iconic look with a range of different bright colours (each one for each event, keeping their own identity in this way).
