    Panasky Project: In a crowded market with strong players like Panasonic, they decided to go further and offer to airlines an entire experience for their customers, giving a plus value and creating engagement through a new on-board complex  entertainment system (in-flight + website + App). 

    The objective: they wanted to do more than just identify songs, movies and TV shows, they wanted users to be able to discover and purchase related content and products, matching their data and providing users with personalized information about special offers, tips, and notifications.

  • The challenge was to define a new visual language across an in-flight platform and web/App. I started with an exploration of main usage scenarios, then switched to rapidly wireframing and testing the user flows in order to define key layouts and interaction patterns. To make this process intuitive and trouble free, instead of a traditional structure, the user is prompted with an interactive card-based design.

  • Thanks to the card-based structure, the most important information was conveniently placed in the center of the screen, you can quickly get to any content from anywhere.

    At the same time the platform assist its users by giving them useful tips and highlighting relevant information at the corner of the screen.
